What It Does:
Once enabled, this feature will automatically pause your session at one-hour intervals and display key information:
- The duration of your current session
- The amount of FlippX Coins and FlippX Cash used during that session
- A choice to either continue playing or take a break
Why It Matters:
Sometimes, it's easy to lose track of time while having fun. Session reminders help you make conscious, informed decisions about how long you wish to continue playing—just like an intermission at a movie or sporting event.
🕒 Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Limits
We offer personalized limit-setting tools to help you play within your means and time preferences.
You may request the following restrictions on your account:
- A limit on how many FlippX Coins you can purchase per day, week, or month
- A limit on how much FlippX Coins or FlippX Cash you can use in gameplay
- A limit on how much time you spend playing per day, week, or month
- A maximum combined value of Coins or Cash used within a selected period
How to Set Limits:
Once signed in, go to your Support Center, select the "Set Limits" option, and submit your desired restrictions. You'll receive a confirmation once we've processed your request.
Important Notes:
- Limits will not take effect until we've confirmed their implementation
- If you do not receive confirmation, please follow up immediately
- Changes or cancellations of limits will only take effect after the current limitation period ends
Why Use Limits:

❄️ Cool-Off Periods
Sometimes you may just need a break. That's why we offer Cool-Off options that temporarily deactivate your account for a set period of time.
Options Include:
- 1 day
- 7 days
- 30 days
What Happens During a Cool-Off:
- You'll be logged out and unable to access your account
- You won't be able to play, make purchases, or view games
- You may still request redemption of FlippX Cash during this time by contacting Support
- Once your chosen cool-off period ends, access will automatically be restored
How to Activate a Cool-Off:
From your account dashboard, choose "Take a Break" in the Support section, select your cool-off duration, and confirm your request.
Important:
Cool-Off periods are final and cannot be shortened once initiated.
⛔ Self-Exclusion
If you feel your gaming habits are becoming unmanageable—or simply want to make a firm, long-term commitment to staying away—you can activate Self-Exclusion.
Self-Exclusion Options:
- 1 year
- 3 years
- 5 years
How It Works:
- During your exclusion period, your account is completely deactivated
- You will be blocked from re-registering, logging in, or playing on FlippX
- You will no longer receive marketing materials
- Access to your account history or redemptions will be limited to written support requests
How to Initiate:
Send an email to our Responsible Gaming Team or use the in-platform Self-Exclusion Request form. Include your full name, email, address, and the exclusion duration you wish to apply.
Important Details:
- Your exclusion will begin only after confirmation from our team
- If you find your exclusion has not taken effect, notify us immediately
- Once applied, exclusions cannot be reversed or shortened, though they may be extended
After the Exclusion Period:
To regain access to FlippX, you must submit a formal request by email. Reactivation will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may require additional verification.
⚠️ Platform-Initiated Exclusion
FlippX reserves the right to suspend or exclude any user if we believe:
- You are exhibiting signs of unhealthy or excessive play

- You may be underage or using another person's account

Permanent Account Closure
While we always aim to deliver an enjoyable experience on FlippX, we respect your right to end your participation at any time.
- If you wish to permanently close your FlippX account, please submit a written request to our team via email at support@getflippx.com.
- Your request should include your full name, email address, and a short confirmation that you would like your account closed.
FlippX reserves the right to refuse service or close any account at our sole discretion, in accordance with our Terms of Use, particularly if there are concerns about misuse, fraudulent activity, or responsible gaming violations.
