FlippX Cash Sweepstakes Rules

The sole "Sponsor/Promoter" of the Sweepstakes is FlippX Inc., a company incorporated in the State of Delaware, with its principal place of business at 161 Washington St, Suite 2, East Walpole, MA 02032. All Sweepstakes Games are administered by FlippX Inc.

FlippX gives away sweepstakes entries referred to as "FlippX Cash" as set out in these Sweepstakes Rules. FlippX Cash can be used to play sweepstakes games for a chance to accumulate eligible FlippX Cash that may be redeemed for cash and prizes, subject to the terms of these Rules.

1. Who Can Participate

1.1. The FlippX Cash Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is open exclusively to individuals who reside in the United States, with the exception of residents from Hawaii, Idaho, Louisiana, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, Tennessee, and Washington. Eligible participants must be 18 years of age or older, or have reached the age of legal majority in their place of residence—whichever is higher—at the time of entry. Entry is prohibited where restricted by law.

1.2. Anyone who enters or takes part in the Sweepstakes will be referred to throughout these rules as a "Participant."

1.4. This Sweepstakes must comply with all local, state, and federal regulations. It is the sole responsibility of each Participant to ensure that their involvement is lawful where they live.

1.5. By entering the Sweepstakes, you agree without exception to follow all the rules listed in this document, and to accept any decisions made by FlippX Inc. as final and binding.

1.6. To claim a reward or prize, you must meet all eligibility conditions and comply with every part of these official rules.

1.7. Individuals employed by FlippX Inc., including contractors, affiliates, advertising partners, and any entity connected to the management or development of the Sweepstakes—or those who worked with such entities within the past three years—along with their immediate relatives (parents, spouses, children, siblings) and household members, are not allowed to participate.

1.8. The Sweepstakes is created for casual users and entertainment purposes only. If FlippX Inc. determines that a participant is exploiting the system, behaving like a professional entrant, or using any form of automation or unfair advantage, the company reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or permanently bar that individual from future participation.

1.9. Unless otherwise stated, each Sweepstakes cycle starts at 12:00 AM Eastern Time on the first day of the month and ends at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the last day of that month. Specific promotions may run on different timelines, which will be clearly communicated through the FlippX Platform.

2. How to Obtain FlippX Cash

2.1. To take part in the FlippX Sweepstakes, you must first create a registered account with FlippX. Opening an account is free of charge and does not require any purchase. You can sign up by downloading the FlippX app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and completing the in-app registration process. Entry into the Sweepstakes requires you to log in to your account through the FlippX mobile application.

2.2. FlippX offers four ways to acquire FlippX Cash, which can be used to enter sweepstakes games on the platform:

(a) Free Bonus FlippX Cash with Daily Coin Rewards

From time to time, FlippX allows users to collect free FlippX Coins within the app. When you claim one of these free FlippX Coin bonuses, you may also receive a FlippX Cash bonus under certain conditions.

If your FlippX Cash balance is zero and you do not have any redemptions pending, you may be granted 1.00 FlippX Cash the first time you collect free coins. Afterward, as long as your FlippX Cash balance remains below 1.00 and no redemptions are pending, you may be eligible to receive 0.10 FlippX Cash with each new free coin collection. The specific bonus amounts available at any time will be clearly stated on the FlippX platform and offered equally to all users.

(b) Free Bonus FlippX Cash with FlippX Coin Purchases

When you buy FlippX Coins through the app, you may receive an additional amount of FlippX Cash as a free promotional bonus. If a bonus applies to your purchase, the offer will be shown clearly on the purchase page before you complete the transaction. FlippX Cash obtained this way is always free and is provided purely as a bonus with no extra cost.

(c) FlippX Social Media Giveaways

FlippX frequently hosts sweepstakes promotions via its official social media channels. These giveaways are free to enter and may involve activities such as following an account, liking or sharing a post, or answering a trivia question. Full entry instructions will be published alongside each promotion. The amount of FlippX Cash awarded to winners and all applicable terms will be disclosed at the time of the giveaway. Any FlippX Cash earned through these promotions will be credited to the winner's account once the contest concludes. Participation in social media giveaways may also be subject to additional contest-specific terms as well as the general FlippX Terms of Use and these Sweepstakes Rules.

(d) Request Free FlippX Cash by Mail

Eligible U.S. residents (excluding states listed in Section 1.1) can request FlippX Cash for free by submitting a mail-in request. To do so, send a standard #10 envelope via postal mail to:

1. On the front of the envelope, write your return mailing address and clearly label it with: "FlippX Sweepstakes Credits"
2. Inside the envelope, include one 3" x 5" card with the following handwritten details in the exact order below:
   • Your full legal name as shown on your government-issued ID
   • The email address linked to your FlippX account
   • The username registered to your FlippX account
   • Your User ID number from the FlippX app
   • The residential address registered to your FlippX profile
   • The following declaration: "I wish to receive FlippX Cash to participate in the sweepstakes promotions offered by FlippX. By submitting this request, I declare that I have read, understood, and agree to be bound by FlippX's Terms of Use and Sweepstakes Rules."

3. Using FlippX Cash to Enter Sweepstakes Games

3.1 Accessing Sweepstakes Play
Participants who possess FlippX Cash in their account may use it to enter eligible sweepstakes games available on the FlippX platform. These sweepstakes games provide Participants with the opportunity to earn additional FlippX Cash, which may later be exchanged for real-world cash or equivalent prizes, in accordance with the terms outlined in these Sweepstakes Rules.

3.2 Game Modes and Play Functionality
When navigating the Games section of the FlippX app, Participants can toggle between two modes: FlippX Coin play and FlippX Cash play. Upon selecting the FlippX Cash sweepstakes mode, Participants may wager their FlippX Cash on applicable games. Each game clearly displays the potential reward payout. If a Participant's prediction is successful, their FlippX Cash balance increases by the stated winnings. If the prediction is incorrect, the FlippX Cash wagered will be deducted and not returned.

3.3 Sweepstakes Eligibility Limitation
Only sweepstakes games played using FlippX Cash qualify for prize eligibility. Games played with FlippX Coins do not offer any chance to earn redeemable FlippX Cash and are strictly for entertainment or simulation purposes.

3.4 Prize Eligibility from Game Winnings
FlippX Cash earned through gameplay—as opposed to that obtained via free promotional methods described in Section 2—is eligible to be redeemed for cash or other approved prizes. However, redemption is subject to the limits outlined in Section 6 and only available upon successful completion of identity verification and compliance checks as determined by FlippX in accordance with its Terms of Use and these Sweepstakes Rules.

3.5 Prohibited Conduct and Fair Play Enforcement
The use of artificial intelligence, bots, collusion, or systematic manipulation of the Platform (such as hedging bets with opposing selections, creating duplicate accounts, or attempting self-referrals) is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in immediate account suspension, disqualification from the sweepstakes, and permanent forfeiture of any FlippX Cash in the account, at the sole discretion of FlippX.

3.6 Finality of Platform Decisions
All decisions made by FlippX regarding gameplay outcomes, prize determinations, and sweepstakes administration are considered final and binding. No appeals or disputes will be entertained unless required by law.

3.7 Redemption Eligibility Criteria
FlippX Cash obtained via the methods described in Section 2 (including bonuses, giveaways, or mail-in entries) must be used at least once in a FlippX Cash sweepstakes game before becoming eligible for redemption. Only the lesser of the "risked" amount or the "payout minus risk" amount becomes redeemable after a game is played. At its sole discretion, FlippX may require that FlippX Cash be played multiple times (up to 20 times) before it is considered eligible for redemption.

4. Verification and Confirmation of Potential Winners

4.1 All prize winners on FlippX must undergo a verification process. A Participant is not considered an official winner until FlippX confirms the winning entry is valid, the Participant meets all eligibility requirements, and the gameplay complies fully with these Sweepstakes Rules. An in-app message, notification, or screenshot is not proof of winning and will not override FlippX's review.

4.2 Verification may include checks against multiple factors, including identity, residency, and compliance with all rules. FlippX reserves the right to conduct this review in any manner it deems appropriate. Final approval is solely at the discretion of FlippX, and all decisions are binding.

4.3 Before receiving a prize, a potential winner may be required to complete and return certain documents, such as a declaration of eligibility and a release of liability and publicity rights, unless prohibited by law. These forms must be submitted within the time specified by FlippX, or the prize may be forfeited.

4.4 If FlippX is unable to contact a selected winner, if required documentation is not submitted correctly and on time, or if the Participant is found ineligible or non-compliant, the winner will be disqualified and the prize may be withheld or awarded to another eligible Participant.

5. Odds of Winning

5.1. The chances of winning a prize in any given FlippX sweepstakes game are not fixed and will vary depending on the specific game selected. Each game's odds are clearly posted within the Platform and are readily available for Participants to view before initiating play.

5.2. Participants are solely responsible for choosing which FlippX Cash sweepstakes game to play. The probability of winning is directly tied to the nature of the game and the choices made by the Participant, including the type of outcome selected.

6. Prizes

6.1. All FlippX Cash balances are displayed within a Participant's Wallet in the FlippX app. This balance reflects sweepstakes credits eligible for prize redemption once other conditions are met.

6.2. Before a Participant may redeem any prize, they must complete a full identity verification (KYC) process. This includes, but is not limited to, submission of a government-issued photo ID, facial recognition verification, proof of residential address, and validation of Social Security Number (SSN) or other personal identifiers as requested.

6.3. To qualify for any FlippX Cash sweepstakes prize, the following requirements must be met:

• (a) The Participant must be a legal resident and physically located in a U.S. state where sweepstakes play is permitted (excluding Hawaii, Idaho, Nevada, Tennessee, and Washington);
• (b) The identifying information provided during KYC must match exactly with the details on the Participant's FlippX account.

6.6. FlippX may apply a handling or processing fee to prize redemptions. Any applicable fees will be disclosed before the prize is released.

6.8. Participants are solely responsible for any taxes, reporting obligations, or financial liabilities resulting from redeemed prizes. FlippX will issue tax documentation (e.g., IRS Form 1099) upon request or as legally required.

6.9. FlippX Cash cannot be exchanged, traded, sold, or transferred. All prize redemptions are subject to availability, and FlippX reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if needed.

6.10. To receive a prize, Participants must submit their redemption request through the FlippX app. Requests made outside the Platform will not be honored.

7. Prize Redemption Process

7.1. Prizes awarded through FlippX sweepstakes games will be credited to the verified Customer Account and disbursed to the email address or bank account linked to that Account. All prize-related communications will be directed only to the registered email address on file.

7.2. FlippX reserves the right to perform any identity, credit, or compliance checks that may be required by law or deemed necessary by us in our sole discretion to verify your eligibility.

7.3. Until all verification requirements are satisfied:

• (a) Any prize redemption requests will be placed on hold; and
• (b) FlippX may impose restrictions on the account, including temporary suspension or deactivation, pending verification.

7.4. For any prize—or cumulative prizes—totaling $600 or more, additional documentation and identification will be required. This may include submitting official identification, such as a government-issued photo ID, proof of address (e.g., utility bill), SSN validation, and facial biometric scans.

8. Entry Conditions & Liability Release

8.1. By entering or participating in the FlippX Cash Sweepstakes, each Participant agrees to:

• (a) fully comply with these Official Sweepstakes Rules and accept as final all decisions made by the Sponsor/Promoter regarding the operation of the Sweepstakes;
• (b) release, discharge, and hold harmless FlippX, its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, vendors, prize partners, agencies involved in administration, marketing, or fulfillment, as well as their current and former officers, directors, employees, contractors, and representatives ("Released Parties"), from any and all liabilities, losses, claims, demands, or causes of action—whether arising in tort, contract, law, equity, or otherwise—connected to participation in the Sweepstakes;
• (c) defend, indemnify, and hold the Sponsor/Promoter harmless against any damages, losses, legal claims, or expenses (including attorney fees) resulting from their entry into the Sweepstakes, participation in any activities related to the Sweepstakes, or acceptance and use of any prize.

9. Winner Announcement

9.1. Unless prohibited by law, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes permission for FlippX and its authorized representatives to use the Participant's name, photo, voice, likeness, hometown, and state for promotional purposes across any form of media, globally and without limitation or compensation.

9.2. To request the name of prize winners from a specific Sweepstakes Period (limit one period per request), send a written request specifying the Month and Year along with a self-addressed, stamped envelope to:

10.1. FlippX reserves the right to cancel, pause, or modify the Sweepstakes, in whole or in part, at any time due to unforeseen events such as fraud, system malfunctions, acts of God, or other circumstances beyond its control which compromise the fairness or integrity of the Sweepstakes.

10.2. FlippX may disqualify any Participant who tampers with the entry process or who, in FlippX's judgment, violates these Sweepstakes Rules or behaves in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner.

10.3. Any attempt to interfere with or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes, whether by hacking, cheating, or any unlawful means, may violate criminal or civil laws. FlippX reserves the right to seek compensation or legal remedies to the fullest extent permitted.

10.4. In cases where cancellation or modification is deemed necessary, FlippX will post a public notice via the official FlippX Platform or its website at www.getflippx.com.

10.5. Continued participation in the Sweepstakes after changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the revised terms and conditions. Participants are responsible for reviewing the most current version of the Sweepstakes Rules periodically.

11. Customer Support & Community Guidelines

11.1. To uphold the integrity of the Sweepstakes and ensure fair treatment for all Participants, FlippX provides customer service via email at support@getflippx.com. Official updates or announcements may also be shared through our verified social media channels.

11.2. Participants who post messages deemed abusive, defamatory, harassing, or disruptive toward other users, FlippX, or its representatives—on social media or other public forums—may have their comments removed and their participation in the Sweepstakes permanently revoked. Additionally, their FlippX account may be suspended or terminated without notice. FlippX also reserves the right to report such conduct to the appropriate platform or authority, which may result in restrictions or suspensions of the offending social media account(s).

12. Collection & Use of Personal Information

12.1. By participating in the Sweepstakes, you acknowledge and agree that any personal information provided or collected as part of your use of the FlippX Platform will be handled in accordance with the FlippX Privacy Policy, which can be accessed through the mobile app or at www.getflippx.com.
