1. Introduction

Borlette is a traditional Haitian-style numbers game reimagined on FlippX as a sweepstakes-based skill game powered by state lottery draws. FlippX uses publicly available lottery outcomes (such as the New York "Numbers" and "Win4" results) to determine winning outcomes. No real-money gambling is involved. All Borlette entries are played using FlippX Cash, which is obtained for free through promotions or as a bonus.

3. Allocating FlippX Cash

• All Borlette games are played with FlippX Cash.

• No purchase or payment is required to participate.
• Once a game entry is submitted and confirmed, no refunds will be issued, regardless of user error, disconnection, or any other cause.

4. Game Outcome and Prizes

• Draw results are derived directly from official U.S. state lottery outcomes, including "Numbers" and "Win4."
• Payouts are based solely on correct entries matching the drawn numbers as per the game format.
• If multiple options are played and hit, players may receive cumulative prizes.

5. Responsibility and Limitations

FlippX is not responsible for entries lost, delayed, or failed due to:

2.2. Participants may select one or more outcomes available on the roulette layout, including:

• Straight (Single Number): Selecting one specific number (0 through 36).
• Split: Selecting two adjacent numbers.
• Street: Selecting three numbers in a horizontal line.
• Corner (Square): Selecting four numbers that form a square.
• Line (Six Numbers): Selecting two adjacent rows of numbers (six in total).
• Column: Selecting all numbers in one of the three vertical columns.
• Dozen: Selecting one of the three sets of 12 numbers.
• Even/Odd, Red/Black, High/Low: Selecting general number groupings.

2.3. The outcome of the game is determined by a digital simulation of a roulette wheel spin. All results are final once the virtual ball begins its rotation. No cancellations, changes, or refunds will be granted after this point.

FlippX Dominoes Game Rules

1. Introduction

1.1. These Game Rules govern the use of the Dominoes Game offered by FlippX. By participating in the Dominoes Game, you agree to these Rules, the FlippX Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Sweepstakes Rules, which are incorporated herein by reference.

1.2. The Dominoes Game is a skill-based, turn-by-turn competition available in formats supporting 2, 3, or 4 players.

1.3. The FlippX Dominoes Game provides two pathways for a player to be declared the winner:

• (a) Reaching a total of 100 points first during the match; or
• (b) Placing the final tile when no players can make another move.

1.4. Participation is void where prohibited by law and only available to individuals who meet the eligibility requirements set forth in the FlippX Sweepstakes Rules.

2. Game Format and Objective

2.1. At the start of the game, each player is randomly assigned a set of domino tiles (typically 7 per player). The game board starts with one tile placed in the center.

2.2. Players take turns placing matching tiles at either open end of the tile chain. The objective is to strategically eliminate all tiles from your hand before your opponents, or reach the score threshold of 100 points.

2.3. Players earn points after each round based on the number value of unused tiles remaining in opponents' hands.

2.4. The match ends when:

• (a) A player reaches 100 points; or
• (b) A player places the last playable tile and no other players can continue.

2.5. All FlippX Dominoes matches are timed to ensure fair play and pacing. Players who are inactive or disconnected for an extended period may automatically forfeit the round, and their FlippX Cash may be forfeited as a result.

3. Using FlippX Cash to Enter a Game

3.1. To participate in a FlippX Dominoes match, users must allocate a portion of their available FlippX Cash balance.

3.2. Once a Dominoes match is confirmed and FlippX Cash has been allocated, the entry is final. No refunds will be issued once the match has begun or tiles have been distributed.

3.3. Before confirming participation, the Platform will display the prize amounts available for the match. These amounts are fixed and based on the number of players and FlippX Cash allocations.

3.4. Only games played with FlippX Cash are eligible to result in FlippX Cash winnings that can be redeemed for prizes under the FlippX Sweepstakes Rules.

4. Winnings and Rewards

5. Responsibility and System Limitations

5.1. FlippX is not responsible for any losses or disruptions due to internet disconnections, network latency, device malfunction, or app closures during gameplay.

5.2. If a match is interrupted due to system failure on FlippX's side, the Platform may cancel the game and restore FlippX Cash allocations to the affected users' accounts.

5.3. Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or cheat the Dominoes Game — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts or colluding with other players — will result in immediate suspension and loss of all FlippX Cash, at FlippX's sole discretion.

5.4. Players are responsible for ensuring that their internet connection is stable before participating. FlippX does not offer compensation for games affected by user-side technical issues.

5.5. Screenshots or personal recordings will not be accepted as evidence of game outcomes. Official match results are determined solely by the FlippX platform.

Additional games, including but not limited to Blackjack and Dice, may be introduced in future updates.
